For the fifth time, the International University "MITSO" conducts such a competition, but for the first time in this competition, an essay competition for entrants is organized, the winner of which will have the opportunity to study at the International University "MITSO" free of charge in the 2016/2017 academic year, majoring in "Jurisprudence".
The objectives of the Republican competition on labor law and process are to stimulate students' interest in issues of labor law and process, to develop skills of conducting business in judicial and arbitration bodies and in pre-trial settlement of labor disputes, to identify, support and develop gifted applicants and students, and to improve the quality of education.
The competition is held in two stages (correspondence and full-time tours) among the teams of students of 2-4 courses of law faculties of institutions of higher education, law colleges of Belarus. The full-time tour includes a semi-final, in which four teams participate, and the final.
For entrants - pupils of 11th grades of lyceums, gymnasiums, schools, college graduates - only a correspondence round is conducted, which is an essay writing. To participate, the guys need to send an application and an essay to the organizational committee. The works are accepted till March 7, 2016 by mail with a note "Center of labor law" MITSO ". V Rep. competition for work. law and process-2016 ". The date of dispatch will be determined by the postmark. The final of the contest and the awarding of the winners will be held on April 29 of this year.
